Defective Merchandise:
- If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you forfeit the right to return and no longer qualify. Send a photo to sales@thelarissagracecollection.com of the damage/defective item along with all the details of your order invoice. We will access and work towards a solution.
